Jamie-Claire carries in culinary flavors and techniques learned from generations of restaurant workers, travels across Southeast Asia, and over a decade of community based cooking experience. As a chef, they value developing novel pairings while honoring the cultural lineage of each dish they borrow. Through their leadership, they strive to create space both in and beyond the kitchen for each person to celebrate their strengths and to explore growth in a safe and supportive way. When not obsessed with food, they can be found dancing the night away or building community with neighbors.

Tim is a passionate personal chef with over six years of experience in the food service industry. For the past year and a half, he has worked with Meal Mate DC, crafting personalized dining experiences that bring people together through great food. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine, Tim loves exploring new flavors and techniques from around the world. He also has a deep passion for craft coffee and bringing a sense of hospitality and warmth into his client's homes through culinary arts. His love of travel, meeting new people, and trying new dishes inspires his cooking.

Nate has been an Executive Chef for six years and is known for blending creativity with comfort. Specializing in New American, Southern, and Caribbean cuisine, he draws inspiration from global flavors and his love of travel, bringing a fresh, worldly perspective to every dish. Nate also has a passion for crafting exceptional brick oven pizza, combining technique and bold flavor. Outside the kitchen, he enjoys exploring new restaurants, discovering unique ingredients, and spending quality time with family. Nate loves a great comedy show, music and sports.

Olivia brings a background in international relations and hospitality to Meal Mate DC, where she supports both clients and chefs in creating seamless, personalized experiences. Drawing from her lived experiences in Oregon, Morocco, and Washington DC, Olivia values service that feels intentional, warm, and rooted in cultural curiosity. She is passionate about building systems that support both creativity in the kitchen and genuine relationships with clients. When she’s not working behind the scenes, she can be found performing circus arts, traveling abroad, or writing about the intersections of food, place, and personal growth.

Joseph has over 5 years experience in finance and administration, primarily in the the non-profit sector. He appreciates a thoughtfully made meal as much as a spreadsheet, and also dabbles in baking and gardening.

Ines coordinates the Meal Mate DC social media accounts. She enjoys the creative process of content creation and researching ways to share the stories that Meal Mate DC bring to the table. Ines is based in North Carolina and enjoys home cooking, baking, crafting, and spending time with her loved ones.
